| Set includes one 8", partially serrated, fillet knife with one 6" fillet knife. Both knives offer 420 high carbon stainless steel blades. Blades are tempered to exacting hardness, allowing for maximum flex in any filleting operation. Textured, non slip, contoured handle allows for easy slicing during filleting of fish. Both knives store easily in heavy duty nylon belt loop sheath. Sheath has added loop for hanging on tree or fixture. |
